Matador Room

This is our third time! Beautiful place inside the Edition Hotel. Music a little loud for me. Menu is limited but delicious. Mushrooms with goat cheese were great and the octopus with potatoes killed. We enjoyed the pizza as an appetizer too. Dessert: Best chocolate lava cake in Miami. Fantastic service, Magdalena was great! We walked or uber.

Fantastic dinner and amazing service. We were promptly greeted by Eli who was absolutely fantastic, giving us the history of the room while he walked us to our table. The waitress Maggie was lovely and the food was very delicious - sweet pea guacamole , short rib tacos, octopus, Tuna tartare, the salmon dish, and Brussels sprouts were all amazing and hard to pick a winner of that lineup!

Menu was small, only few selection but the Food were YUMMY! Dishes were simple but taste very good Very good selection of drinks Considering the restaurant was in a hotel we thought it would be more expensive but priced just right!! We would go back again!! If you don't want to pay for expensive parking may need to walk a few blocks away!

I would give it 10 stars if I could. We have had 15 meals in Miami over the last 5 days and this was by far the most fantastic experience yet. The gracious host Halina was so warm and greeted us w a smile . Our server Cara was so cool and down to earth yet knowledgeable and professional . The food was TO DIE FOR. I’d go into details about what I ordered but you should go and try for yourself. This was the best way to end such a beautiful trip.

This restaurant is inside a nice hotel in Miami Beach. Nice area. Are you walk into the restaurant you are able to notice the circular layout of the tables which looks very nice. We were greeted and promptly seated. Our waiter Sultan introduced himself right away and our si ig experience began. After looking at the menu we decided to share 3 dishes. Starting with avocado pizza, beautifully laid out avocado slices with sautéed onions under them with some greens and lime, on a perfectly cooked dough. This dish could have used a bit more seasoning. Overall it was good. Then the grilled octopus was executed to perfection, tender, not chewy, crispy outside, on a smoked paprika sauce, this was an excellent dish. Lastly we enjoyed the seared snapper on a habanero lime sauce (that exploded with flavor, not excessive heat), and thyme roasted brussel sprouts. Another excellent dish. For dessert we had the warm chocolate cake and the coconut tres leches and both were outstanding, not overly sweet, perfect portion size. Service during our meal was exceptional, our waiter was very attentive yet not intrusive. Overall this was a very good dining experience and I would certainly return.
